Promoting employee good health and wellbeing.
Sick or absent employees can be a major concern for businesses, significantly impacting on their bottom line. So a happy, healthy and positive workforce is essential in any company’s success. We believe this can be achieved by actively promoting good health and wellbeing through the implementation of preventative strategies. Early intervention, for example, will often resolve problems more quickly and lead to positive outcomes. Businesses will benefit from a more motivated, productive workforce, a reduction in absenteeism and presenteeism, a decrease in employee turnover as well as a cut in training and recruitment costs. We offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services including private GP consultations, prescriptions, business travel and routine vaccinations, health screening and mental health services. We provide treatment and diagnostic tests, can give a second opinion or even refer patients onto a specialist. If required, we can conduct some psychological consultations remotely over the phone. It’s a complete healthcare offering.
We firmly believe that all businesses should promote good health and wellbeing at work. And that to achieve this, employers should look at implementing effective preventative strategies and initiatives within the workplace. Preventative programmes such as executive health screening and health check-ups demonstrate a commitment to the health and wellbeing of a company’s most precious asset, it’s people. Private GP appointments can also be purchased by employers who wish to promote general good health in their workplace. By encouraging your employees to take a 6 monthly health check for example, you can help detect potential issues early before they progress into something more serious.

Your company simply pays a fee every month in order to provide access to the requested services of your employees or, indeed, a section of your employees. It’s a flexible, bespoke service designed just for you.
