Meet Our Team
Dr Wylie graduated with degrees in Biochemistry and Medicine at University College London. She trained in both London and Leicester before taking up a GP role in South Derbyshire. Mother of two, Dr Wylie has a wide variety of clinical interests, particularly in Mental Health, Occupational Health and Post-Natal care (providing support to women struggling with breastfeeding). Outside of clinical work, she enjoys public speaking and teaching, delivering both national and international presentations.
Dr Suzanne Wylie – BSc Biochemistry (Hons), MBBS, MRCGP
Dr Dhinsa qualified from the University of Nottingham where she also achieved a Biomedical Sciences degree. She is a GP with a special interest in women’s health and is a keen advocate for complementary medicine, having completed a foundation training course in acupuncture with the British Medical Acupuncture Society.

Dr Christos Kasparis is a Consultant Dermatologist with a particular passion for dermatological surgery, skin cancer and aesthetic procedures including Botox and Fillers. Highly experienced, Christos has given numerous presentations in scientific meetings across the UK and abroad and authored published work in medical journals and textbooks. He is involved in training junior doctors and Dermatology registrars in his role as educational supervisor for the West Midlands deanery, as well as being a faculty member in facial plastics and minor surgery courses. He is a core member of his hospital’s skin cancer multidisciplinary team.
Dr Christos Kasparis – Consultant Dermatologist, MBChB (Manc), MRCP (Derm), FRCP (Lond)
Phil qualified as a doctor in 1982 and has 36 years’ experience in the medical profession. He has worked in a variety of disciplines, including general medicine, A&E, intensive care, acute illnesses and haematology. Phil is a Registered Practice Manager approved by the Care Quality Commission, an independent regulator of health care services to include diagnostic and screening tests, primary care health and travel vaccinations.
Dr Philip McCrea – Practice Manager, MD, MRCP(UK), FRCP(Glasg), MFOM, MFOM(RCPI)
Sheila is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, specialising in a variety of emotional wellbeing issues including couple counselling, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, PTSD, bereavement and self-esteem. As well as lecturing in Counselling, she is also a qualified EMDR practitioner, particularly effective for those suffering from PTSD, flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety and abuse. She works primarily with adults, couples, families and groups to help assess, treat and prevent re-occurrence of psychological healthcare problems. Her integrative approach includes Brief Therapy, CBT, EMDR and Family therapy.
Sheila Ridgley – Therapist, MBACP
Raj is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist. She trained in Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University, and did a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of Birmingham. Since the start of her career, Raj has worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist in both the NHS and private sector. Raj's areas of expertise include depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Raj works collaboratively with her clients to help them meet their goals. She is passionate about the importance of building a therapeutic relationship, based on trust and confidence.

Dr Rupa Parmar is a GP with a special interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine, gynaecology, contraception and mental health. Women’s health is a particular passion of hers, and she offers consultations on a number of areas that specifically affect women, such as the menopause, psychosexual dysfunction, loss of libido and contraception. Rupa enjoys the opportunity to thoroughly explore a patient’s history, conduct a full examination and discuss the most appropriate investigations, offering bespoke and personalised care using the most up to date protocols and treatments.
